the staff was helpful.. the hotel's location allowed easy access to local transport. i appreciated the proximity to a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. the room was equipped and clean
i noticed some noise from plumbing when other guests used the facilities.

abundant selectioneasy travel
The breakfast selection was abundant, and it included many options. the hotel's proximity to the tram station was also very convenient. THE location made travel easy.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool enough.

The breakfast manager was very cute each morning. the front desk provided excellent service with quick responses. mr kerim at the reception. It was as if i were at home.

the location is convenient, just a short distance from the tram stop. this made visiting the main attractions really easy. the staff were amiable. the hotel provided a generally acceptable experience.
the breakfast options felt fairly limited. the coffee machine was not operational . the beds could use new mattresses as they were rather uncomfortable.

the room was clean and equipped. the bed was comfortable. i had free water anytime i wanted (i really appreciate this). we got 2 bottles of water by default every day after our room was cleaned.
the air conditioner made a bit of noise.
